When you live outside the EU, send us an email with your adress. We will search for the right price for shipping to your adress.

For shipment, we make use of local postal companies (postNL) and delivery companies like DHL & DPD.
Duration of shipment:
To prepare the shipment we take approximately 5 days. Shipping to your address will take approximately 14 days.
Shipment costs will be shown at check out:
pick up = free
shipping: With most of our items the shippings cost is included in the total price. If not, the following applies.
The cost depends on size and weight. Smaller items will be about 7,50 – 27,50 euros. Bigger items will be around 30 euros. Large items can go up to 80 euros or more for shipment.

the cost depends on size and weight. Smaller items will be about 25 – 40 euros. Bigger items will be around 55 euros. Large items can go up to 100 euros or more for shipment.
The customer is responsible to pay taxes & custom over the product according to their local rules and regulations.

Return Policy (please read all of the following)
Our Return Policy is based on the regulation within the EU.
Please note that you buy antique items at The House of ANK. They all have wear and tear on them. We try to describe the condition of the item as much as we can. Also, Signs of aging we try to capture as much of that in the pictures. But we can´t capture each crack and wobble.
A return is possible when:
– you have purchased the item without a discount.
– you contact us within 3 days after receiving the item at info@thehouseofank.shop.
– you pay for the full shipping costs. (shipping cost for sending the item to you will be deducted from the refund)
– you package the item in a safe way.
A full refund (minus the shipping costs) is possible when:
– We have received the item in the same state we have sent the item.
– There is nothing done to the item.
