We try to capture the wear and tear of the antique furniture and home decor as much as possible, but we can´t capture every crack, wobble, etc. But, I bet that the aging of antique items is why you love vintage treasures as much as we do.
We ship withing the EU. If your not from the EU, please contact us.
A return is possible within 14 days when:
– you have purchased the item without a discount.
– you contact us within 3 days after receiving the item at info@thehouseofank.shop
– you pay for the full shipping costs to return the item.
– you have package the items with care. When we received the item in the original condition (as sold on the website) we will refund the money.
A return is not possible when:
– You have purchased an item with a discount.
– The 14 days have passed.

Duration of shipment:
– To prepare the shipment we take approximately 5 days. Shipping to your address will take approximately 14 days for NL and 21 days for outside the Netherlands.
